I want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the following information about returns, refunds, and your right of withdrawal.

Digital Products

All digital knitting patterns (PDF downloads) are final sale. Due to the nature of digital products, they cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once the download has begun.

If you experience any technical issues with your download, please contact me and I'll be happy to help.

Physical Products

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of physical products within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit the cancellation form available on this website or contact me before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

Items must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Digital downloads.

• Custom-made or personalized products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and, if possible, photos of the item so I can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
