I want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the following information carefully to understand how returns and refunds are handled in this shop.

1. Digital Products

All digital knitting patterns (PDF downloads) are final sale.
Because these files are delivered instantly, they cannot be returned or refunded once the download link has been sent.
If you have any issues with your file (for example, a broken link or technical problem), please contact me and I’ll make sure you receive your pattern properly.

2. Art Prints

I take great care to ensure that your art prints arrive in perfect condition.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.
To speed up the process, please include your order number and, if possible, a photo of the damage.

You can choose between:

• A replacement (shipped at no extra cost), or

• A refund of the purchase price.

3. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the product was damaged or sent in error.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalized products, as well as digital downloads, are not eligible for return or refund.
